Who is fulfilling my event tickets?
TicketNetwork Direct acts as an intermediary between buyers and ticket brokers to facilitate the purchase and sale of event tickets and as such, is not directly involved in the actual ticket sale transaction between the buyers and ticket brokers. The independent ticket broker is actually fulfilling your order. You can find the broker by looking on your receipt.

Can I cancel or change my Tickets.Cheaptickets.com reservation?
All sales are final. No refunds, transaction cancellations or exchanges will be issued for date/time changes or partial performances.
